HUANG Jingke is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in China.

Jingke joined the firm in 2012. She now works for the International Trademark Department in the capacity of trademark counsel.

Jingke helps prosecute trademarks for a number of industry leaders including L'Oreal and Colgate. She has extensive experience in trademark searches, registrations, licenses, oppositions and invalidations.

Jingke has handled a number of opposition and invalidation cases involving geographical indications for the INSTITUT NATIONAL DE L'ORIGINE ET DE LA QUALITE (“INAO”), part of the French Ministry of Agriculture. She has abundant experience in helping geographical indication owners in securing and enforcing their GI marks in China.
