Wei is a veteran trademark practitioner, with her expertise and practice mainly focusing on trademark strategy, trademark prosecution, administrative protection of trademark rights, trademark licensing and Customs protection. Wei has a diversified client portfolio, covering the industries of apparel, food and beverages, spirits, information technology, fast moving consumer goods, machinery, among others. She has a few high-caliber cases that have been widely reported by the local media.

Before joining the firm, Wei served a local IP agency, rendering services to foreign brand owners in respect of trademark administrative protection, opposition, review, dispute and others.
