Personal description

Nie Xiaoyan is a trademark counsel based in the firm’s Beijing Office, where she has been practicing since 2012.

Xiaoyan offers a full range of intellectual property services, with a focus on trademark prosecution and contentious matters, well-known trademark recognition, Customs IPR protection, domain name and copyright registration and dispute resolution, as well as related administration litigation. 

Xiaoyan serves conglomerates in the fields of luxury goods, food and beverages and FMCG. Over the years, she has obtained for Essilor and Mizone the well-known trademark recognition and has been aggressively fighting against bad faith trademark filings/registrations for her clients in China. 

Before joining the firm, Xiaoyan worked for a local IP agency in the capacity of trademark attorney for about six years.
