Shen Jia is an Attorney-at-law at Beijing Wanhuida (Shanghai) Law Firm. He is Dipl.-Jur. of Munich University, majoring in Law (Staatsexamen) with specialization in intellectual property, competition law and media law.

Mr. Shen has extensive experience in the area of intellectual property law. Before joining the firm, he worked in the Munich office of a Germany-based multinational intellectual property law firm, where he served as co-counsel with law firms in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China to prosecute and litigate clients’ patents in these jurisdictions.

After joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Shen has shifted the focus of his practice to the fields of trademark, copyright, industrial design and unfair competition. His practice also extends to advertising compliance and intellectual property management. Mr. Shen’s client portfolio includes enterprises in various industries such as finance, e-commerce, apparel retail, industrial manufacturing, logistics, food and beverage, cosmetics, among others. His long-term clients include Huatai Securities, Vipshop, Meters Bonwe, Positec, Deppon, ASC Fine Wines and dōTERRA.
