Ms. Zhao Jie is a PRC qualified Patent Attorney with years of patent prosecution experience. She passed Qualifying Examination for Patent Attorneys in 2014, and passed Chinese Bar Examination in 2016.

Ms. Zhao’s practice mainly focuses on patent prosecution and contentious matters. She advises, on a frequent basis, the firm’s foreign clients in respect of filing applications, responding official actions, participating in reexamination proceedings, among others.

Ms. Zhao is familiar with the patent practices of USA, Europe, Japan, Korea, et al. She has extensive experience in representing domestic and overseas industry leaders in their inbound and outbound patent matters.

Ms. Zhao’s major area of expertise includes chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, biology, pharmacology, polymer engineering, machinery and the like.
