Personal description
Baihe Liu is a patent counsel of mechanical field at the firm’s Beijing office. Ms. Liu is a licensed patent attorney since 2015, and is also an apprentice lawyer in China since 2019.
Ms. Liu embarked on the career of patent practice in 2013 serving both multinational and domestic corporations. Ms. Liu had served as a patent attorney regarding patent prosecution matters for three years before mainly shifting to patent litigations area. Ms. Liu is familiar with the patent prosecution procedure in CN, and provides service regarding patent re-examination and invalidation proceedings, patent analysis of infringement, validity and patentability, patent administrative litigations and infringement litigations in China.

Representing a domestic patent owner filing an administrative lawsuit in Beijing IP Court and the Supreme People’s Court;
Representing a foreign small electric appliance company in initiating patent infringement litigations before Guangzhou IP Court, and responding in invalidation proceedings of the related patents;
