Embarking on intellectual property practice since 2005, Tangchao has served many multinational conglomerates as well as prestigious law firms, including PERNOD RICARD, LVMH, GROUPE SEB, GUCCI, ELAND, ARMSTRONG, APM MONACO, HERBALIFE, L’Occitane, MediaTek, among others. She mainly caters to client’s IP needs in China by advisinginter aliaon comprehensive trademark portfolio management strategy, trademark enforcement, recognition of well-known trademark through administrative approach as well as negotiation on trademark purchase. She successfully helped HERBALIFE and Chivas Regal obtain well-known trademark recognition through administrative and judicial route.
