Personal description

HUANG Mei is a Senior Trademark Counsel based in the firm's Beijing Office, where she has started practicing since 2005.

Ms. HUANG's practice covers trademark prosecution, trademark-related administrative litigation, as well as purchasing and licensing.

Her practice primarily concentrates on the planning and handling of well-known trademark recognition, counseling on the registrability of disputable trademarks,inter alia, GI trademarks, as well as tailoring overall strategic schemes for clients to safeguard their trademark rights in China.

Prior to joining in the firm, Ms. HUANG used to work as a trainee in a major law firm for four years when she was still a law school student.
