Mr. Cai Xian is a Partner at Wanhuida Intellectual Property.

Mr. Cai is a former officer serving the PSB authority for twenty-plus years. During his service of the agency, he formed very close relations with local enforcement authorities.

He has 10+ years’ experience in intellectual property enforcement. Since he joined the firm, Mr. CAI has been engaged in conducting intellectual property investigations, evidence collection, as well as tailoring and carrying out anti-counterfeiting programs for the clients. He is particularly adept at coordinating local enforcement agencies in the organization and implementation of cross-regional enforcement campaigns, as well as the investigation on and enforcement against online counterfeiting cases.
