Wang Jia is a Partner and an Attorney-at-law based in the firm's Guangzhou Office, where she has been practising since 2005. Jia is now the assistant manager of the firm’s Guangzhou Office.

Jia was admitted to the bar in 2003. She excels in providing professional advice and counseling to the IPR owners regarding brand protection matters and infringement disputes.

Her practice covers the judicial and administrative protection of the IPRs in China, focusing on trademark prosecution and contentious matters, recognition of well-known trademark, IPR counseling, Customs interception action in trademark infringement cases, criminal prosecution of trademark counterfeiting cases, civil litigation pertaining to trademark infringement, as well as the administrative enforcement against trademark infringement and unfair competition cases.

Prior to joining in the firm, she used to work for a law firm in Sichuan Province for 3 years, during which she represented various new ventures and mid-sized business in emerging industries.
