Wanhuida Ranked by ALB
On
24th May 2021, the Asian Legal Business magazine releases in
its May 2021 issue the 2021 ALB China IP Rankings. Wanhuida Intellectual
Property is ranked in Tier 1 Trademark / Copyright and Tier 2 Patents in the
category of China Domestic Firms.
According
to Kristen Liu, Social Media Specialist of ALB China, “the law firms on the
list this year have all made great achievements when it comes to intellectual
property. Keeping pace with changes in both technology and laws, these firms
stand out for their ability to provide wise counsel to, and create top-notch
value, for Chinese technology companies.”
The
IP ranking is based on an extensive research process, from which ALB draws
information from firm submissions, interviews, editorial resources and market insights
to identify and rank the top firms for Intellectual Property in Asia. The IP
rankings are separated into two tables: “Patent” and “Trademark/Copyright” and are also divided into tiers, with the first tier identifying the strongest
IP firms in each jurisdiction.
The
rankings are based on the metrics, including 1) the volume, complexity
and size of work undertaken, 2) presence across Asia and in individual
jurisdictions, 3) key personnel hires and growth of the practice group, 4) key clients and new client wins, 5) firm’s visibility and profile in the
region and 6) year-on-year development and momentum.
