On December 22^nd 2022, Jiangsu Normal University hosts the “Intellectual Property Legal Clinic Course”.

Wang Yuming, Partner of Wanhuida Intellectual Property lectures on the “Coordination of the Administrative Granting and Affirmation Procedure and Enforcement Procedure of Trademarks and Patents”.

Mr. Wang gives the attendees a vivid introduction on China’s granting and affirmation procedures of trademarks and patents from the perspective of rights owners and challengers, followed by the elaboration on how the administrative procedure dovetails with the ensuing civil procedure from a case law angle. The lecture is concluded with a Q&A session.
