In the newly published 2014 May issue for the World Intellectual Property Day of “China Intellectual Property Magazine” (the Magazine), 3 Wan Hui Da cases have been listed in the Magazine’s “IPR Exemplary Cases Released by Courts throughout China in 2013”.

The three cases are “MAPED’s patent infringement lawsuit against infringer using extra design decoration”, “Pernod Ricard’s lawsuit against retailer of parallel import spirits” as well as “Administrative litigation against Yangzhou Customs initiated by an exporter of infringing Colgate toothbrushes”.
