On December 31, 2014, the State Intellectual Property Office released on its website the “List of the National Intellectual Property Leading Individuals and Candidates for High-caliber Talent Development Project” (hereinafter referred to as the List).

Wan Hui Da Senior Partner Ms. DUAN Xiaoling and the firm’s Of Counsel Dr. YUAN Zhenfu enter the list as the national intellectual property leading individuals. Ms. DUAN is one of the 28 leading individuals chosen from the IPR service industry, and Dr. YUAN is among the 26 leading individuals chosen from the nation’s universities and research institutions.

The list includes a total of 127 national intellectual property leading individuals and 120 candidates for high-caliber talent development project.

The nominees entering the list are appraised and voted by a special appraisal committee from the pool of candidates primarily recommended by the members of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Meeting for Implementation of the National Intellectual Property Strategy and the nation’s intellectual property offices at various levels.
