WAN HUI DA Partners Attend Signing Ceremony of Trilateral Cooperation Agreement
On September 20, 2016, the International Trademark Association (INTA), Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Association (BIPPA) and Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organizations (ZGCFSO) signed a cooperation agreement during an INTA delegation visit to Beijing, China.
This agreement sets the foundation for a formal working relationship for INTA, BIPPA and ZGCFSO, enabling the three organizations to work together to support brand owners and innovation in China and to enhance the role of trademarks within China’s business community.
• Development of educational programs and specific collaborative projects related to trademarks, dispute settlement, trademark rights enforcement, and related matters;
• Exchange of research and information on issues of mutual interest;
• Engagement with all stakeholders in brands and trademarks in China, including local governments and mutual partners in the public and private sectors.
The three organizations are uniquely positioned to support brand owners and innovation in China through education, exchange of information, and engagement.
