On 26^th February 2019, the Symposium on Soliciting Comments on “Certain Provisions for Regulating Applications for Trade Mark Registration (Draft)”, which is organised by the China Trademark Association (CTA), is convened in Beijing.

The Symposium, which is hosted by CTA Deputy Secretary General Zang Baoqing, invites over 30 heavyweight attendees including Lv Zhihua, Deputy Director-General of Treaty and Law Department under China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), academicians and representatives of IP intermediaries.

Dr. Huang Hui, Senior Partner of Wanhuida Intellectual Property is invited to share his insights on the draft.
