On 10 July 2020, the IP Economy magazine and China Intellectual Property Judge Forum jointly held a virtual symposium to solicit insights from the reps of the IPR academia, judiciary and industrial community on the draft “Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Adjudicating Civil Cases Involving Infringement on Trade Secret”, which was released by the Supreme People’s Court on 10 June 2020.
