Wanhuida attends AIPPI China event
On
12th December 2020, as part of the “Forum for Copyright Hot Topics”,
the AIPPI China releases its “Top 10 Copyright Cases of the Year”. The
event offers a forum of discussion for delegates and speakers from academia, judiciary,
law firm and corporate in-house counsels.
The
forum features keynote speeches of Tian Lipu, President of AIPPI China and Yu
Cike, Commissioner of Copyright Administration Bureau, which is affiliated to
the CPC Publicity Department. Richard Li, Secretary General of AIPPI China hosts
the opening ceremony. Zhang Xiaoxia, Senior Judge, President of Trial
Supervision Tribunal & Member of Judicial Committee, Beijing Intellectual
Property Court offers her comments on the Top 10 Copyright Cases of the Year.
