From 3rd to 5th November 2022, the “46th Annual IP Institute”, which is hosted by the Intellectual Property Section of California Lawyers Association (CLA), is held at the Laguna Cliffs Hotel in sunny Dana Point, CA.

The event features productive discussions surrounding hot-button issues, evolving case law and best practice in IP prosecution and contentious fronts.

The event is well attended by about 200 participants including members of both large and small leading California IP law firms, various in-house legal counsel, members of the judiciary, and academic professionals practicing in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights, litigation, trade secrets, international law, licensing, entertainment and sports law, technology law, social media, and privacy.
