On Tuesday May 16th, 2023, an INTA IP and Innovation track, featuring “China Case Law Update – Know Before You Go: Green shoots in China IP”, will be held in Singapore at 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm local time.

A pioneering report combing through the major IP happenings in China will also make its debut at the session.
The session will be moderated by Monica Su, Chief Representative Officer, INTA (China). Dr. Hui Huang, Partner, Management Committee member, Wanhuida IP (China) will share tips, insights, and strategic management skills required to effectively maximize the techniques in navigating the Chinese IP regulatory regime and deliver the solutions.
