Wanhuida exhibits at CIPIS 2023 Shanghai
From 11th to 12th May 2023, the “China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit” (CIPIS), which is organized by Conways, is held in Shanghai.
Themed “Global Horizon, China Focus”, the Summit features varied keynote speeches, panel discussions and parallel forums, covering hot-button topics like “Defense strategy targeting prior arts in patent infringement suit”, “Patent enforcement routes in the context of UPC, EPO & CNIPA litigation strategy”, “SEP Licensing Negotiation Strategy”, “How to overcome IP hurdles during IPO process”, “Key matters in ascertaining SEP in global 5G industry”, “Responding to Section 337 investigation of patent infringement”, “AI + IP: Opportunities & Challenges”, “Patent protection in the Internet context”, “Routine copyright compliance & litigation practice”, just to name a few.
Wanhuida Intellectual Property exhibits at the summit. The firm’s patent attorneys Xie Chuanfang, Xie Fei and Qiu Zhongkuang, trademark attorney Deng Bing, as well as patent engineer Xue Danzhen attend the event.
The summit attracts about 600 participants from the IP authorities, industrial associations, businesses and legal service providers.
