From 24^th to 25^th August 2023, the “China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit 2023” (CIPIS), which is organized by Conways, is held in Shenzhen.

The Summit features varied keynote speeches, panel discussions and parallel forums, covering hot-button topics like “Building Corporate IP Compliance Management System”, “Analysis of Global SEP Competition Landscape”, “Metaverse Patent Filing & Copyright Enforcement Strategy”, “Building a Strong Corporate Trade Secret Protection System”, “IP Inquiry & Due Diligence in Business Merger”, “IP Protection in the era of Smart Cars”, “Copyright Protection of Open-Source Software”, among others.

Wanhuida Intellectual Property exhibits at the summit. The firm’s Partner and Management Committee member Jason Yao, Senior Counsel Zhou Bin, Senior Patent Counsel Liu Yanli as well as Trademark Counsel Tao Junrong attend the event.

The summit attracts about 200 participants from the government agencies, industrial associations, businesses and legal service providers.
