On 26^th October 2023, the 3^rd Intellectual Property Talent Training Session, which is organized by the JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) IPG, is held online and offline in Beijing and Shanghai.

Mr. Zhu speaks on “Intellectual Property Infringement Litigation Practice in China”. He prepares the floor on an overview of the nation’s IP landscape by offering statistical demonstration of the number of trademark and patent applications, as well as IP administrative, civil and criminal litigations, shares his analysis and insights on quite a few hot-button issues, and provides key takeaways on the formulation and execution of IP strategies from a case law perspective.

The training session attracts over 130 delegates from Japanese law firms and corporations like Panasonic, Fuji Electric, YKK and TMI.
