On December 13, 2016, a reception is held by the Intellectual Property Right Center (IPRC) in Beijing to celebrate its 5th Anniversary. Around 100 guests are invited to be present at the event.

The reception is hosted by Dr. Huang Hui, IPRC Vice Chairman and Senior Partner of WAN HUI DA. Besides IPRC Chairman Yin Xintian and Director Cao Zhongqiang, six other guests including Li Zhong, Vice Commissioner of Beijing Intellectual Property Office, Wang Peizhang, Secretary General of China Trademark Association, Zhang Yuncai, Secretary General of China Intellectual Property Society, Zhang Xuan, Co-founder of Zhichanli and IPHouse, as well as WAN HUI DA Senior Partners Bai Gang and Jiancheng Jiang are invited to speak briefly at the event.

IPRC is a non-governmental organisation approved by the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. Under the supervision of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, the organisation has been actively engaged in the nation’s IPR legislative process, domestic and international academic exchange as well as various IPR educational events in the capacity of NGO think tank.
