On Friday October 13, 2017, Wanhuida Peksung Senior Partners Jiang Jiancheng and Zhu Zhigang, as well as the firm's Of Counsel Paul Ranjard attend the IP Seminar held by the Danish Patent and Trademark Office (DKPTO) at its premises in Copenhagen.

Mr. Ranjard speaks on "Recent evolution of trademark protection in China", which prepares the floor with an overview of recent evolution concerning IP in China, focusing on trademark prosecution, the latest trademark judicial interpretation of China's Supreme People's Court as well as evolution of civil procedure.

Mr. Jiang lectures on "Latest development of Chinese IP law and practice" and "The future trends on outgoing patent cases from China to Europe".

Mr. Zhu Zhigang answers questions raised by industry attendees at the Q&A session.
