From 10 to 12 May, 2018, the first Exposition on China Indigenous Brand (the Exposition) is convened in Shanghai.

The Exposition is jointly organised by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCPPD), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), as well as the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

Mr. Hu Chunhua, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council delivers a keynote speech at the Exposition. Mr. Li Qiang, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Communist Party of China Shanghai Municipal Committee, delivers welcome speech.
