On 24 November 2019, the “China Intellectual Property Exemplary Case – Tsinghua Forum 2019” (Patent Session), which is jointly organised by the Intellectual Property Law Research Center, Tsinghua University School of Law and China Institute of Applied Jurisprudence, Supreme People’s Court, is convened at the campus of Tsinghua University.

The event aims to promote in-depth academic dialogue and communication among the IP judges, lawyers and academia and help China gain more influence in the international intellectual property jurisprudence circle by leveraging exemplary intellectual property case law resources.

The Forum attracts dozens of judges, attorneys-at-law and experts and provides forum of discussion over exemplary cases of legal significance over the past two years.
