From 28^th to 29^th November 2023, under the auspices of the Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation (Guangdong Intellectual Property Administration), the 28^th Training Session on the Fundamental Skills of Newly Qualified Patent Attorneys, which is organized by the Guangdong Patent Agency Association (GDPAA), is held in Guangzhou.

Minnan (Miranda) Xie, Partner at Wanhuida Intellectual Property, is invited to serve as one of the instructors at the training session. Miranda’s lecture focuses on “Reexamination of Patent Applications and Invalidity Declaration of Patent Rights”. Miranda shares with the trainees her experience in patent reexamination and invalidity procedure from a case law perspective.
