On 15 September 2020, the Fourth National Intellectual Property Advisory Council is inaugurated in Beijing. Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) unveils the members of the advisory council and delivers a keynote speech at the ceremony.

The members of the advisory council are tasked to conduct during their 3-year term impact study on the intellectual property objectives and strategic direction outlined in the nation’s Fourteenth Five-year Plan.

Dr. Huang Hui, Wanhuida Partner and Management Committee member is included in the advisory council.
