Wanhuida Partner Moderates WTR Session
Brand Strategy China 2020, which is a virtual WTR event, is held on 10 and 11 December 2020. The“In bad faith”session explores how Chinese authorities are changing their approach to bad faith filings, presents real-world success stories and identifies best practices for combatting infringement. Panelists laser focus their discussion on the following topic:
