In response to the“Thirteenth Five-year Plan for IP Talent”initiative of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Intellectual Property Office of Yunnan Province launches the 2020 appraisal of the intellectual property talent in Yunnan Province.

In order to be listed, the candidates have to file for an application, secure the endorsement of the local IPOs and go through the review and appraisal process of the review committee, before the tentative list is released for public scrutiny. A total of 8 practitioner are listed as“2020 Yunnan High-Profile IP Talent”and 16 as“2020 Yunnan IP Talent”.
