Wanhuida Partner lectures at CTA Session
From January 25th to 26th 2022, the “Interpretation of Criteria for Determination of General Trademark Violations”, which is organized by the China Trademark Association (CTA), is held. With both virtual and offline offerings, the Session features lecturers including Xiao Niezun, Researcher of the Enforcement Guidance Section, IPR Protection Department, China National Intellectual Property Administration, Zou Weiguang, Section Chief, Trademark Supervision Section, Fengtai District Administration for Market Regulation, Beijing as well as Zhu Zhigang, Wanhuida IP Partner and leader of CTA’s “Criteria for Determination of General Trademark Violations” project.
Zhu Zhigang speaks on “Analysis of the intricacies of ‘Criteria for Determination of General Trademark Violations’ and practical tips”, offering insights on “General Trademark Violations pertaining to Granting and Affirmation of Trademark Rights”, “General Trademark Violations irrelevant to Granting and Affirmation of Trademark Rights” as well as “Acts falling somewhere in between Granting and Affirmation of Trademark Rights and General Violation”.
The session is well attended by about 4,000 participants.
