On 25^th January 2024, the “Digital Economy & Intellectual Property Salon”, which is jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Law Practice Center and the Artificial Intelligence and Mega Data Law Practice Center of the Lawyer’s Working Committee, Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, is held.

The Salon is moderated by Lei Ting, Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Mega Data Law Practice Center.

Xiang Junlin, Senior Associate of Wanhuida Intellectual Property and Director of the Intellectual Property Law Practice Center is invited to speak on “Securing High Damages in Trademark Infringement and Unfair Competition Cases”.

Ms. Xiang delves into the application of law, limitation of acts, calculation of infringing profits, factors in ascertaining discretionary damages as well as evidence collection on damages from a case law perspective.
