On June 1 2019, the 34^th Session of China Intellectual Property Judges’ Forum (the Forum) is convened in Shenzhen.

The Forum is moderated by Zhu Jianjun, Vice President of the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Shenzhen Intermediate Court. Zhang Xiaojin, President of the Second Adjudication Tribunal, Beijing IP Court serves as the keynote speaker of the Forum. Other speakers include Wang Jing, Presiding Judge of the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Shanghai High Court, Professor Deng Hongguang of the Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Associate Professor Chen Shaoling of the East China University of Political Science and Law, Wang Ze, Director of Beijing Justra Intellectual Property Center and Huang Hui, Senior Partner of Wanhuida Intellectual Property.

The Forum is jointly organised by the Southwest University of Political Science & Law and the Intellectual Property Committee of the China Judicial Theory Institute, and undertaken by the Chongqing Intellectual Property Protection Harmonisation & Innovation Center, the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Chongqing High Court and the Chongqing Intellectual Property Society. The Forum aims to promote academic and practical exchange on intellectual property jurisprudence.
