Wanhuida delegation attends AIPPI China Youth IP Seminar 2019
From 12th to 13th July, 2019, under the auspices of the AIPPI China National Group, the “AIPPI China Youth IP Seminar 2019” is held in Beijing.
The seminar is unveiled by the opening remarks of President Tian Lipu. Secretary General Richard Yi Li moderates the opening ceremony.
The two-day event features parallel English and Japanese sessions, providing attendees insights on topics including “Patent Layout in the New Information Age”, “Pharmaceutical”, “Comparative Study of the Sino-Japan Utility Model System”, “Biological hotspots”, “Approaches to Expedite Patent Examination”, “Fourth amendment to the Chinese Patent Law and its Impact”, “Differences and Similarities between Fight against Bad-faith Trademark Filing in China and Japan”, “Copyright”, “Response to Office Actions Citing Common Knowledge”, “Impact on China’s Accession to the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs”, “Patent Examination in the Chemistry Field”, “High Quality Drafting of Patent Application”, and “Impact of the E-commerce Law on the Liability of Intellectual Property Platforms”.
