In the afternoon of 19^th July, 2019, the 10^th Session of the IP Share Salon, which is organised by the Beijing Justra Intellectual Property Center (Justra) and hosted by Wanhuida Intellectual Property Shanghai Office, is held in Shanghai.

The Salon features “Practice in the Affirmation of Trademark Rights and Cancellation of Trademark Registration Based on Three-year Non-use”. Wanhuida Intellectual Property Legal Counsel Shen Jia and the firm’s Of Counsel Dr. Yuan Zhenfu deliver speech at the Salon. Shen Jia speaks on “Protection of Names in the Affirmation of Trademark Rights”. Dr. Yuan shares insights on “Trademark Use in Cancellation Proceeding”.
