On 17^th October 2020, the “Ninth Seminar on the Hotspot Issues in Intellectual Property Judicial Protection in China”, which is jointly organized by Shenzhen University National Intellectual Property Training (Guangdong) Base, Supreme People’s Court Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Theoretical Study (Shenzhen University) Base and Intellectual Property College, Shenzhen University, is held in Shenzhen.

The Seminar features discussion on the “Third Amendment to the Copyright Law”, “Draft Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning Application of Law in the Adjudication of Civil Cases Involving Infringement of Trade Secret”, “Impact of Internet + on the determination of similar goods or services and infringement assessment” as well as “Regulation of abuse of rights in SEP Licensing Process”.
