From 22^nd to 23^rd April 2021, under the auspices of the AIPPI China National Group, the “AIPPI China Youth IP Seminar 2021” is held in Beijing.

The two-day event features parallel English and Japanese sessions, providing attendees insights on topics including “Overseas Patent Protection”, “AI Patent Practice”, “Pharma Patent Practice”, “Hot Issues in Patent Prosecution”, “Trademark Hot Issues”, “Design Patent Practice”, “Patent Law Amendment and Patent Litigation”, “Copyright”, “Patent Linkage & Patent Term Extension”, as well as “Patent Law Amendment and Patent Litigation Strategy and Practice”.

Jiang Lizhe, Associate of Wanhuida Intellectual Property speaks on “Understanding and application of punitive damages in New Patent Law 2020” at the “Patent Law Amendment and Patent Litigation Strategy and Practice” session. The firm’s Partner Johnson Li also attends the seminar.

The event attracts about 100 attendees including judges of China’s Supreme People’s Court, examiners from the China National Intellectual Property Administration, patent attorneys and lawyers across China.
