On 15th May 2021, the “Justra Forum: Damages in Intellectual Property Civil Infringement Proceeding”, which is co-organised by Shenzhen Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (SZAEFI) and Beijing JUSTRA Intellectual Property Center (JUSTRA), is held in Shenzhen. The Forum is presided by SZAEFI Secretary General Fan Yu.

The event features keynote speeches delivered by Yao Bingbing, Secretary General of Nanjing Intellectual Property Society, Yang Haixia, Brand Protection Director, Brand Strategy Management Department, China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Holding Ltd., as well as Dr. Huang Hui and Jason Yao, Partners and Management Committee Members of Wanhuida Intellectual Property.

Heavyweight attendees include Deng Kefeng, Assistant Director, China (Shenzhen) IPR Protection Center, Zhang Ying, Presiding Judge, Bao’an District Court of Shenzhen, Li Yihong, ex- presiding judge of the Intellectual Property Tribunal of Wuhan Intermediate Court, among others. The event is moderated by JUSTRA Vice President Wang Ze.

The event is endorsed by China (Shenzhen) IPR Protection Center and jointly organized by Wanhuida Intellectual Property. More than 100 attendees including representatives of SZAEFI members, local businesses, IP agencies and universities.
