On 24^th June 2021, INTA China Office hosts the first virtual Flash Briefing: “China IP Legal Regime in 2021”. The event provides a forum where panelists share the recent policy changes in respect of amendments to the IP legal regime in China, covering bad-faith trademark applications, Trademark Office and court practice updates, anticounterfeiting and design updates. Over 60 participants join the event and engage in a heated discussions on the legislative and judicial activities over the past few years.

The event is moderated by Monica Su, INTA China Officer. Partners of Wanhuida Intellectual Property Zhu Zhigang and Johnson Li speak on “China court update” and “Design Changes”.
