Wanhuida Partner speaks at CTA Session at 2022 INTA AM

On Wednesday May 4, 2022, the “CTA Session - China: Post Pandemic Trademark Policies”, which is jointly organized by INTA and the China Trademark Association (CTA), is held during the 2022 INTA Annual Meeting.

 

The CTA Session aims to help the audience stay on top of China’s evolving trademark practice in the post-pandemic era. The Session features speakers including Weiwei Wang, Treaty & Law Department, CNIPA (China National Intellectual Property Administration), Miduo Fan, Beijing Intellectual Property Court and Xiangrong Wu, Partner of Wanhuida Intellectual Property. The speakers dive into the following topics: “The Introduction to the Trademark Examination and Review Guidelines”, “New Development in Judicial Protection of Trademarks” and “Comprehensive Approach Against Bad-faith Applications”.
