On April 4, 2023, INTA hosts a joint policy dialogue with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).

The policy dialogue offers a forum of discussion over the latest CNIPA practice changes in the field of examination and adjudication, covering an array of matters from the absolute ground examination, co-existence agreements and suspension in review proceedings, among others.

This dialogue is once again candid, fruitful and constructive. The INTA membership will benefit enormously from the exchange with frontline examiners.
