Wanhuida Partner speaks at Wolters Kluwer event

On April 13, 2023, the Wolters Kluwer IP Month – Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei Session is held virtually and offline in Beijing. The event is jointly organized by Wolters Kluwer, JunHe, Lifang & Partners, as well as Wanhuida Intellectual Property.


The event explores the approaches to ramp up innovation and creation and shares the best practice to improve corporate IP compliance and enforcement, in the context of neo economic pattern. The event features informative presentations and thought-provoking roundtable discussions.


Li Bin, Partner and Management Committee Secretary of Wanhuida Intellectual Property speaks on “Leveraging trademarks in fueling business growth: Trademark registration and portfolios under the new trends”. Fellow speakers share insights on “Trademark Protection Strategy in the context of the 5th amendment to China’s Trademark Law” and “Guarding the holy grail: Tips to Trade secret protection”.


Ms. Li also serves as the panelist in the roundtable on “IP challenges businesses facing against the backdrop of digital economy & AI”. The roundtable is moderated by Xue Ying, Director, Data Compliance and Intellectual Property of an internet corporation.
