In celebration of the World IP Day, INTA's China Office hosts a virtual roundtable to brief the global membership INTA’s views and position on the 5^th Amendment of China’s Trademark Law on April 25, 2023.

Nearly 60 members joins in the insightful discussion on the most critical changes in the draft amendment, covering penalties against bad faith filers, expanded protection to non-traditional marks and well-known marks, and newly introduced use requirements.
