Wanhuida Partner speaks at CTA Session during INTA AM

On Thursday May 18th, 2023, an INTA IP and Innovation track, featuring An Up-to-Date Review of Trademark Law and Practice in China, is held in Singapore at 3:45 pm – 4:45 pm local time.


The session, which is organised by the China Trademark Association (CTA), presents the very latest developments of trademarks regulations and practical guidelines in China. Moderated by Dongping Wu, CTA Secretary General, the session provides interpretation of the latest developments in China’s trademark system, showcases progress and achievement made on the juridical level in terms of IP protection, and offers practical insights from a China practitioner’s perspective.


The session is kicked off by the welcome remarks of two heavyweight guest speakers: Mr. Lu Pengqi, Deputy Commissioner, China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and Ms. Jomarie Fredericks, INTA President.
