WAN HUI DA Hosts Table Topic in Barcelona

At 10:00 - 12:00 am Monday May 22, 2017, WAN HUI DA hosts a Table Topic featuring "JUDICIAL INTERPRETATION OF THE TRADEMARK LAW OF CHINA" at its meeting space in Hotel Fira Congress, Barcelona.


The Table Topic discusses Chinese Supreme Court's newly promulgated judicial interpretation on trademark registration ("Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Hearing of Administrative Cases Involving the Granting and Affirmation of Trademark Rights"), analyze the Court's standpoint on the likelihood of confusion and dilution, and share 10 selected cases on the application of the judicial interpretation in Chinese trademark trial practice.


WAN HUI DA Senior Partner Huang Hui, Of Counsel Paul Ranjard and Senior Trademark Counsel Lu Tangchao delivered presentation on "Relations between Similarity, Likelihood of Confusion, and Dilution" to help the audience better understand the SPC's new interpretation.


The event attracts a dozen attendees including in-house counsels and trademark practitioners from China and Europe.


WAN HUI DA's new trademark publication is also launched during the INTA annual meeting.
