The second edition of the Chinese translation of the "Intellectual Property Code of France (Legislative Part)" is published by The Commercial Press in July.

The second edition is translated by Dr. Huang Hui and Mr. Zhu Zhigang, Senior Partners from WAN HUI DA.

The first edition of the Chinese translation, which was published in 1999, was translated by Dr. Huang Hui and proofread by Professor Zheng Chengsi. The translation attempts to present to the Chinese readers, the legislative wisdom and advanced technique of the French legislators who has been pioneering the intellectual property law in the world.

The French IP Code has been revised for a total of 56 times since the creation of Law No. 92-597 of 1 July, 1992 until January 1, 2013. The first edition introduces the first 12 times of revisions, while the second edition covers the rest 44 times.
