On July 13, 2017, the Intellectual Property Office of Haidian District, Beijing, releases a "Notice on the Confirmed List of IPR Experts Ranked by Haidian District Government in Expert Database". Wanhuida Peksung Senior Partner Duan Xiaoling and Partner Sheng Anping are ranked.

The Expert Database of the Haidian District Government is created in 2010 in a bid to promote the implementation of the district IPR strategy. As part of the IP week activities in commemorating the World IP Day, the list is picked over by a judging panel from a pool of candidates that are self-nominated or referred in the application procedure.
