Wanhuida Peksung Senior Partner Attends 9th IP Seminar in Hong Kong
The 9th IP Seminar, which is jointly organised by the United States-China Intellectual Property Institute Inc. (USCIPI), Asia Innovation and IP Society Limited (AIIPS) and Centre for Financial Regulation and Economic Development (CFRED), Faculty of Law, CUHK, is held at The Chinese University of Hong Kong - Graduate Law Centre from August 4 – 5, 2017.
The Seminar, themed on
"Global Competitiveness and Business Value Through Innovation", is
tailored to focus on strategies to increase the value of and safeguard IP
portfolio through innovation and enhanced protection techniques.
The Seminar features
panels including "IP Law Updates", "IP Valuation and
Commercialization", "IP Creation and Commercialization",
"Patent Financing", "New Ways of IP Commercialization",
"IP Dispute Resolution", "IP Issues in E-Commerce",
"Trademark and Geographical Indication" as well as "Business IP
and Global Competitiveness in Asia".

and Geographical Indication" panel, which is held on August 5, features
