The "MIP Global IP & Innovation Summit 2017" (the Summit), which is hosted by Managing Intellectual Property, is held at Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Center from August 30 to 31, 2017.

The Summit returns for its sixth year to Shanghai, taking an in-depth look inside China's growing IP market. The Summit primarily examines in details the achievements of the Chinese IP courts in leading many judicial reforms in China and tracks recent trends in second medical use patents, trade secret protection, anti-counterfeiting solutions and Standard Essential Patents with particular reference to landmark decisions in Europe.
